Small business scale. PLN 31.0 million of revenue in 2025 is still a small base compared with global peers (iRhythm, Philips/Cardiologs), limiting operating leverage and bargaining power.
Multi-year loss history. The 2020-2021 period ended with deep losses and impairments, and results dropped below break-even again in 2023-2024. The key investment question is the durability of the improvement seen from late 2025.
Dependence on individual IDTF contracts. Part of US revenue depends on relationships with the largest Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities and on any shifts in their procurement strategy.
US-market and currency exposure. Most revenue is denominated in US dollars, which makes results sensitive to the USD/PLN rate and to US reimbursement regulation (Medicare, IDTF).
Narrow Management Board. A two-person board speeds up decision-making but concentrates key-person risk on two individuals.
