Terms of service - Serwis
Rules for providing services electronically
Effective from April 22, 2026
Translation notice: The authoritative version of these terms is in Polish. This English summary is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
§1. Service provider
The Serwis service is operated by DATA EXPERTS L.L.C., registered under State of Delaware, United States of America law, with its registered office at: 108 W. 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801, New Castle County, United States of America.
§2. Scope of the service
- 2.1.The service provides access to aggregated data on Polish companies, including financial statements, registry history, and industry benchmarks, compiled from publicly available sources.
- 2.2.Basic access is free and does not require registration.
- 2.3.Additional features may require a free user account.
- 2.4.The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
§3. User accounts
- 3.1.Users may create a free account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in via a supported identity provider.
- 3.2.Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
- 3.3.Users may close their account at any time by contacting kontakt@example.com.
§4. Acceptable use
- 4.1.Do not scrape or bulk-download the service through automated means beyond reasonable individual use.
- 4.2.Do not misuse data about individuals in a manner inconsistent with applicable data-protection law.
- 4.3.Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the service.
§5. Complaints
Complaints related to the service can be submitted by email to kontakt@example.com. We acknowledge complaints within 14 days.
§6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damages caused by willful misconduct or as required by mandatory provisions of law.
§7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the service. Polish law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts competent for the registered office of the operator.
