In Medicalgorithmics' history a period of regular dividends came in 2014-2015, when the company - as the most profitable issuer on NewConnect - first shared its profit with shareholders. After moving to the WSE main market in 2014 and a series of losses related to the Medi-Lynx restructuring, the company suspended dividend payments.
Today - after the 2022 divestment of Medi-Lynx and a period of losses - the board's priority is to rebuild the business model, return to positive EBITDA and finance growth from generated cash rather than transfer capital to shareholders.
