Personal data - Serwis

Serwis presents data sourced from Polish public registers, in particular:

1. 1.1.National Court Register (KRS) - company profiles, registry entries, management and ownership.
2. 1.2.Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG) - official announcements and notices.
3. 1.3.Financial Document Repository (RDF) - financial statements and audit reports.
4. 1.4.Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR) - ultimate beneficial owners of commercial entities.
5. 1.5.Ministry of Finance taxpayer lists - VAT status, taxpayer identifiers.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - the legitimate interest of making publicly-available information accessible in an organized, searchable form for purposes of business transparency, due diligence, and informed decision-making.

Individuals whose data appears in our service have the rights granted by GDPR:

1. 3.1.access to data concerning them;
2. 3.2.rectification of inaccurate data (where we can correct it without changing the underlying source);
3. 3.3.restriction of processing on our service in specific circumstances;
4. 3.4.objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
5. 3.5.lodging a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).

The right to erasure is limited where we process data under a legal basis that requires its availability (e.g. public registry data made available pursuant to Polish transparency laws).

If the source data is incorrect, please request a correction directly with the source registry (KRS, CRBR, MSiG, RDF). Once the source is updated, our data will be refreshed on the next synchronization cycle.
