Asseco Business Solutions: board recommends a PLN 3.75 per share dividend (+14% YoY) after a record 2025
Asseco Business Solutions S.A. (KRS 0000028257, Lublin) closed 2025 with record revenue of PLN 476.77m (+11.2% YoY), EBITDA of PLN 185.3m (+12.8%) and net profit of PLN 132.9m (+15.5%). The board recommends a PLN 3.75 per share dividend, 14% higher than for 2024 (PLN 3.30). The total payout is PLN 125.32m; the final decision rests with the AGM. ABS remains a subsidiary of Asseco Poland.

Bloober Team 2025: record net profit of PLN 52.6 m (+150% YoY) driven by Cronos launch and Silent Hill 2 Remake royalties
Kraków-based Bloober Team S.A. (KRS 0000380757) closed 2025 with revenue of PLN 149m (+67% YoY), net profit of PLN 52.6m (+150%) and record EBITDA of PLN 89.5m. Growth was driven by the Cronos: The New Dawn launch (5 September 2025, 500k players within three months) and royalties from Silent Hill 2 Remake (5m units sold by March 2026, 25% of the entire brand's sales). No dividend was recommended – management is channelling capital into a seven-project pipeline. Tencent holds 20.10% of the capital.

CI Games 2025: back in the black with PLN 5.2m of profit – heading into a Lords of the Fallen II launch year with a PLN 160m budget
Warsaw-based CI Games SE (KRS 0000282076) closed 2025 with revenue of PLN 73.8m, EBITDA of PLN 32.5m (a 44.1% margin) and net profit of PLN 5.2m – its first positive bottom line in two years. Lords of the Fallen (2023) passed 2.5m units sold. The sequel, developed by Hexworks in Barcelona, is in intensive testing, with release planned for 2026 on a budget of about PLN 160m, the largest in the company's history. In March 2026 the company raised roughly PLN 70m gross through an accelerated book-build of Series M shares.
