From 1 January 2026 the minimum monthly wage in Poland stands at PLN 4,806 gross (PLN 3,605.85 net), with a minimum hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross. The year-on-year increase is just PLN 140 – the smallest in years. For the first time since 2023 the rules foresee no July adjustment, so a single rate holds for all of 2026.
