Atal: PLN 4.50 per-share dividend recommendation (88% payout) – ~8.6% yield, among the highest of sWIG80 residential developers
Cieszyn-based Atal S.A. (KRS 0000262397) closed 2025 with revenue of PLN 1.267bn, net profit of PLN 223.3m and a 17.6% net margin. The board recommends a PLN 4.50 per-share dividend (88% of profit, PLN 194.67m in total, ~8.6% yield) – lower than the PLN 6.00 paid from 2024 profit but still among the highest in the Polish residential-development sector. Q1 2026 saw handovers double (500 vs 218 YoY); the 2026 targets are 2,500–3,000 units sold and 3,000–4,000 handed over. Juroszek Holding controls 76.30% of the capital.
