(KRS 0000275523), a residential developer with projects in more than 8 Polish cities, posted 2025 net profit of PLN 236m (-2.5% YoY), revenue of PLN 1.26bn (-5.2%) and a gross sales margin of 36.5% (vs 32.4%, +4 pp). Operating cash flow jumped to PLN 311m (vs PLN 100m, roughly threefold). Net sales: 2,856 apartments (-2%), with 2,650 units handed over (-9%). For 2026 the company expects around 3,000 handovers; Q1 2026 sales reached 735 apartments (+4% YoY). The dividend for 2025 totals PLN 4.90 per share (a PLN 2.94 advance in December 2025 plus a PLN 1.97 tranche), for a yield of ~11.9% – the highest in the WSE developer sector.
