Pruszków-based MLP Group S.A. (KRS 0000053299) - a developer and operator of logistics-warehouse parks in Poland, Germany, Austria, Romania and the Netherlands - closed 2025 with net profit of PLN 459.0 m (+23.3% YoY vs PLN 372.2 m) and EBIT of PLN 701.7 m (+29.2%). Rental revenue PLN 238.4 m (+10%), property-management services PLN 182.1 m (+15.5%). 2025 leasing volume: a record 370,941 sqm (new + renewals). EPS PLN 19.13 (+23.3%), equity PLN 3,197 m (+16.4%), assets PLN 6.99 bn. After a seven-year break the company announces a dividend policy in 2026. 2026 target: +20–30% revenue growth, around 250–300 k sqm of new buildings, 60% of capex allocated to Germany.

Murapol 2026: PLN 4.90 per share dividend (yield ~11.9%) - the highest in the WSE developer sector, net profit PLN 236 m, gross margin 36.5% (+4 pp), 2,856 apartments sold
Bielsko-Biała Murapol S.A. (KRS 0000275523), a residential developer with property portfolio in 8+ Polish cities, posted 2025 net profit of PLN 236 m (-2.5% YoY), revenue PLN 1.26 bn (-5.2%) and gross sales margin of 36.5% (vs 32.4%, +4 pp). Operating cash flow jumped to PLN 311 m (vs PLN 100 m, ~3×). Net sales: 2,856 apartments (-2%), handed over 2,650 (-9%). In 2026 expected handovers ~3,000 units; Q1 2026 sales of 735 apartments (+4% YoY). Dividend for 2025 totals PLN 4.90 per share (December 2025 advance PLN 2.94 + second tranche PLN 1.97), yield ~11.9% - the highest in the WSE developer sector.

2025 Local Government Financial Ranking: Royal Castle to crown winners in five categories on 12 May
The Institute for Market Economics will announce on 12 May 2026 the winners of the 2025 Local Government Financial Ranking - in five categories covering all 2,477 local-government units in Poland. It is the only ranking that tracks the pace of change in municipal finances.
