Minimum wage 2026: PLN 4,806 gross, PLN 31.40 per hour, employer cost of PLN 5,790 – the first single-step year
From 1 January 2026 the minimum monthly wage in Poland stands at PLN 4,806 gross (PLN 3,605.85 net), with a minimum hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross. The year-on-year increase is just PLN 140 – the smallest in years. For the first time since 2023 the rules foresee no July adjustment, so a single rate holds for all of 2026. The total employer cost of a minimum-wage worker is around PLN 5,790.28.
