Operating cash flow jumped to PLN 311m (vs PLN 100m, roughly threefold). Net sales: 2,856 apartments (-2%), with 2,650 units handed over (-9%). For 2026 the company expects around 3,000 handovers; Q1 2026 sales reached 735 apartments (+4% YoY).
