MLP Group 2026: net profit of PLN 459m (+23% YoY), a record 370,941 sqm leased and the first dividend policy since 2019
Pruszków-based MLP Group S.A. (KRS 0000053299), a developer and operator of logistics-warehouse parks in Poland, Germany, Austria, Romania and the Netherlands, closed 2025 with net profit of PLN 459.0m (+23.3% YoY vs PLN 372.2m) and EBIT of PLN 701.7m (+29.2%). Rental revenue reached PLN 238.4m (+10%) and property-management services PLN 182.1m (+15.5%). 2025 leasing volume: a record 370,941 sqm (new leases and renewals). EPS PLN 19.13 (+23.3%), equity PLN 3,197m (+16.4%), assets PLN 6.99bn. After a seven-year break, the company has announced a dividend policy for 2026. 2026 targets: +20–30% revenue growth, around 250,000–300,000 sqm of new buildings, 60% of capex allocated to Germany.

Murapol 2026: a PLN 4.90 per-share dividend (~11.9% yield) – the highest among WSE developers, net profit of PLN 236m
Bielsko-Biała-based Murapol S.A. (KRS 0000275523), a residential developer with projects in more than 8 Polish cities, posted 2025 net profit of PLN 236m (-2.5% YoY), revenue of PLN 1.26bn (-5.2%) and a gross sales margin of 36.5% (vs 32.4%, +4 pp). Operating cash flow jumped to PLN 311m (vs PLN 100m, roughly threefold). Net sales: 2,856 apartments (-2%), with 2,650 units handed over (-9%). For 2026 the company expects around 3,000 handovers; Q1 2026 sales reached 735 apartments (+4% YoY). The dividend for 2025 totals PLN 4.90 per share (a PLN 2.94 advance in December 2025 plus a PLN 1.97 tranche), for a yield of ~11.9% – the highest in the WSE developer sector.

2025 Local Government Financial Ranking: winners in five categories to be announced at the Royal Castle on 12 May
On 12 May 2026 the Institute for Market Economics will announce the winners of the 2025 Local Government Financial Ranking – in five categories covering all 2,477 local-government units in Poland. It is the only ranking that tracks the pace of change in municipal finances.
