Creotech Instruments 2026: first net profit in its listed history (PLN 13.6m), the PLN 556.7m Mikroglob contract and the Creotech Quantum spin-off
Piaseczno-based Creotech Instruments S.A. (KRS 0000407094) closed 2025 with PLN 167.5m of revenue (+370% YoY) and PLN 13.6m of net profit – the first positive annual result in its listed history. The main catalysts: a Polish MoD contract for the Mikroglob satellite system (PLN 556.7m gross; the space segment delivered 91% of 2025 revenue) and the ESA CAMILA contract (over EUR 59m). On 1 April 2026 the company carved out the Creotech Quantum spin-off (WSE debut 17 April 2026; the segment valued at PLN 208m at issuance). The market cap has crossed PLN 1bn, with the share price up 110% year to date.
