Ambra in 2026: PLN 48.1m capex (+212%), a PLN 1.10 dividend three years running, Cydr Lubelski and Romanian Zarea as the premium engines
Warsaw-based Ambra S.A. (KRS 0000041726, ul. Puławska 336) closed H1 of fiscal 2025/2026 with PLN 556.8m of revenue and PLN 49.0m of net profit, while raising capex by 212% to PLN 48.1m - mainly for the soft-drinks line in Wola Duża and the PLN 11.9m acquisition of a Romanian company. Despite the heavy investment cycle the board is keeping the PLN 1.10 dividend per share for the third year running (~5.9% yield).

Answear in 2026: first full year without MCI, PLN 9.3 m net profit, but the supervisory board cuts the 2026 EBITDA target from PLN 100 m to PLN 90 m
Kraków-based Answear.com S.A. (KRS 0000816066) closed 2025 with revenue of PLN 1.7bn (+13% YoY), EBITDA of PLN 56m (+63%) and net profit of PLN 9.3m - a return to the black after a PLN 10m loss in 2024. Poland grew 31%, but CEE was under FX pressure (hryvnia -11% versus the zloty), and a weak Q4 (EBITDA -71% YoY) prompted the supervisory board to cut the 2026 EBITDA target from PLN 100m to PLN 90m and the target price from PLN 50 to PLN 45. It is the first full year after MCI's exit from the shareholder base (10 June 2025); the Bajołek brothers retain control (57.8%).

Columbus Energy in stabilisation: a PLN 87.4m business-unit sale and a PLN 169m one-off gain – but a PLN 60m core loss and a Łomża prosecutor's investigation into Czyste Powietrze grants
Kraków-based Columbus Energy S.A. (KRS 0000373608) – the historical leader of Poland's residential solar market – sold an organised part of its business for PLN 87.4m in June 2025. Q3 2025 closed with a PLN 60m loss from continuing operations and a PLN 169m one-off gain from the divestment. Market capitalisation fell to around PLN 450m (share price -50% YoY). The investigation by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Łomża, opened on 23 December 2025, had consolidated 66 cases concerning Czyste Powietrze grants by 18 February 2026.

Dadelo 2026: PLN 377 m revenue after nine months of 2025 (+57.5% YoY), a PLN 1 bn target for 2028 and a PLN 100 m bond issue instead of share dilution
Bydgoszcz-based Dadelo S.A. (KRS 0000708589) - the e-commerce arm of the Oponeo group and operator of CentrumRowerowe.pl - lifted revenue to PLN 377.2 m in the first nine months of 2025 (+57.5% YoY), of which Q3 alone reached PLN 134.2 m (+68.5%). The company is targeting more than PLN 400 m for full-year 2025 (vs PLN 280 m in 2024) and PLN 1 bn of revenue by 2028 - with a no-dilution strategy (a PLN 100 m bond programme approved in July 2025). Brick-and-mortar footprint: four stores (Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań); plan for four more in 2026, mostly in southern Poland.
