Cognor Holding S.A. (KRS 0000071799, Poraj) closed 2025 with a net loss of PLN 121.9m – an improvement on the PLN 356.7m loss in 2024. In November 2025 the company raised PLN 300m gross through a share issue at PLN 5 per share (25% below the market price), lifting the share count to 231.4m and equity to PLN 1,177.4m. The proceeds fund the LSM rolling mill in Siemianowice (450,000 tonnes of light profiles a year) and special-steel development for defence. Noble Securities forecasts a return to profit of around PLN 65m in 2026. No dividend for the second year running.
