Poland grew +31%, but CEE was under FX pressure (hryvnia -11% vs PLN), and a weak Q4 (EBITDA -71% YoY) forced the supervisory board to cut the 2026 EBITDA target from PLN 100 m to PLN 90 m and the target price from PLN 50 to PLN 45. It is the first full year after MCI's exit from the shareholder base (10 June 2025); the Bajołek brothers retain control (57.8%).
