Echo Investment S.A. (KRS 0000007025), headquartered at Al. Solidarności 36 in Kielce, is the only mWIG40 Polish developer combining three segments: residential, office, and retail. Founded in the 1990s by Michał Sołowow, the company has been listed on the WSE since 1996 (one of the longest-listed Polish developers). Elektrotim 2026: record backlog of PLN 733 m (+34% YoY), revenue PLN 579.7 m and a PLN 2 dividend recommendation - strategy PLN 1 bn / PLN 88 m EBITDA by 2030
Wrocław-based Elektrotim S.A. (KRS 0000035081) - an electrical-installation contractor for PSE, Tauron, Enea and the Border Guard - closed 2025 with revenue of PLN 579.7 m (+10.5% YoY) and a record backlog of PLN 733 m (+34% YoY). EBITDA PLN 45.3 m, net profit PLN 29.0 m (-46.4% versus the exceptional 2024 of PLN 54.1 m). Q4 2025 was particularly strong: revenue +25.7%, EBITDA +38.2%, net profit +74.2% YoY. The board recommends PLN 2 of dividend. The 2026–2030 strategy targets PLN 1 bn revenue, PLN 88 m EBITDA and PLN 67 m net profit by 2030.

Enter Air 2026: net profit up 276% YoY (PLN 222.7 m), a 34-aircraft fleet, a PLN 3 per share dividend and a new CEO Marcin Kubrak from 3 February 2026
Warsaw-based Enter Air S.A. (KRS 0000441533), the largest private charter carrier in Poland, closed 2025 with consolidated revenue of PLN 2,952 m (+0.9% YoY) and net profit of PLN 222.7 m - up 276% versus PLN 59.2 m in 2024, driven mainly by FX differences. EBIT fell to PLN 141.9 m (vs PLN 222.0 m). The AGM approved a PLN 3.00 per share dividend (PLN 52.6 m) - above the board's recommendation of PLN 2.50. Fleet: 34 aircraft at end-2025, including three new Boeing 737-800s; 737-8 MAX deliveries are running through 2026. Marcin Kubrak became CEO on 3 February 2026.

Erbud 2026: the Onde renewables segment posted PLN 45 m of profit, but wood-modular and traditional construction lost PLN 82 m - strategic review in 2026, PLN 1.68 per share dividend
Warsaw-based Erbud S.A. (KRS 0000268667) - a general contractor with three business legs (traditional construction, Onde renewables, wood-modular factory) - closed 2025 with consolidated revenue of PLN 3.23 bn (-16% YoY) and net profit of PLN 10 m (+20%). Backlog PLN 2.55 bn. The Onde renewables segment (PLN 45.3 m EBIT, +171% YoY) and foreign industrial services (PLN 23.5 m, +127%) were the winners; the wood-modular factory (-PLN 35 m), domestic traditional construction (-PLN 25 m) and foreign traditional construction (-PLN 22 m) all lost money. The board announced a strategic-options review for 2026. Dividend: PLN 1.68 per share (PLN 20 m), policy 30-70% of consolidated profit.
